ok so have many years of being a loyal customer, it is time to give up on Fitbit for a more reliable product/manufacturer. Yet again my Ionic has become unusable (this time failing to connect or be found by Bluetooth. Have tried all combinations of the suggested fixes, but when you read reviews going back years, Fitbit has failed to address the reliability issues or even respond in many cases. I feel a little for the customer service staff who have always been great and replaced watches, but quite frankly, life is too short to keep spending hours trying to get my watch to watch, or on this occasion even show the correct time.
This watch is not fit for purpose!......Technology is great, reliability is shockingly bad!

I’ve received 2 replacements for my Ionic that I have been a big fan of and….they’re gone. Unless you want to go the eBay route.
It was just nice to know someone else is out there with the frustrations with Fitbit, while being a fan of the Ionic. They went the Apple Watch form factor (ok…I am an Apple person) but bought an Apple Watch and can’t stand it.
I don’t understand why they (Fitbit) just buried the Ionic. It’s unfortunate.
