Any other ionic and Apple users notice that there is now quick text options in the app?  It doesn’t work when texts come. Any ideas why it’s there?

Hey there @Leppy, thanks for stopping by! Watches paired to an iPhone can only respond to Fitbit app notifications, such as messages, cheers, taunts, and friend requests. To get a detailed information about Quick replies, see: How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit watch?

 

We would like to find ways to bring quick text replies to messaging apps for other operating systems and hope to share more on this in the future. We’d love to be able to offer quick text replies to our all our users now, but iOS doesn’t allow us to deliver the feature at this time.

Welcome here @Specialk30, I'm glad to have a new member in the forums! I'd also have quick replies on your Ionic as I own an iPhone. Would love this feature! 

I was making some research and was able to find this idea asking for the same:

Please cast a vote for the ideas and leave a comment to show support for it. 

For anything else you would like to see implemented in the future, consider visiting our Feature Suggestions board. This is a space where Community users can post features, ideas, and suggestions that they'd like to see in future Fitbit products, accessories, and software and top-voted suggestions get relayed to our product team for review.
