Hi
I can't get accurate heart rate 90% of the time. Even as much as a 30 bpm difference either with strap or pulse oximeter. This is not just exercise, this is being still. Below is a video Of what I constantly get. I've tried different placements, non dominant, even shaved some hair where the sensor sits.
What do you do? Keep asking for replacements? Its a replacement or 50% off buying another watch.

@ahefner33 I hope you're doing well! Thanks for taking the time to record that video showing the experience you are having with Ionic heart rate readings. Thanks for trying different wrist placements and shaving in order to sort this out.
You could try turning off the heart rate sensor on your watch, restarting it, and turning it back on. That could help you out with this.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
