Hello,
All of the sudden, my run app on my Ionic will not work. I click run then it searches and connects, and then when I hit the arrow, it goes black for a second and back to home screen. I have turned the device off and then on again. I have no updates available in my settings. Any suggestions are welcome.

That happened to me this morning!!! Wouldn't record anything; kept shutting down. It would be nice to have some response from FitBit on how to fix the problems. My watch isn't keeping correct track of time either. It's currently 8:31pm EST but my Ionic says it's 11:04am EST. What the heck?
