Ionic Sat sync

My Ionic very rarely connects with Sats. promptly. sometimes 20 - 30 mins into my run or sometimes never at all. It just reads "searching" frustratingly! I have tried switching on/off without success. PLEASE HELP IF POSSIBLE!

Did you try restarting it with the buttons (holding all three and releasing when the logo appears)? Usually restarting helps fix a lot of bugs. 🙂

 

If one restart doesn’t work, maybe try restarting again?

Thank you - will keep restarting. It's driving me bonkers. Such a disappoint after a hill run - no route map,no elevation measure! I appreciate your answer.
