Can anyone tell me if when we are recording a ride, if you can set up a auto stop/ auto ride, as when I put pause on sometimes I can forget to take pause off before I set of, losing part of my ride. I have the ionic watch

I believe you can do that. Here's how:

 

In the phone app-
Go to Account
Choose watch (Ionic)
Choose Exercise Shortcuts
Choose Bike
Turn on AutoPause.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
