Ionic Screen 1/3 Display working - Not in the Cold

Hi All,

I was hoping someone might be able to shed some light on this issue.  I bought a FitBit Ionic back in February 2018 - only to have to have it replaced in June 2018 due to a screen fault.  The replacement seemed to work fine up until a few months ago when the display only would show the top 1/3 of the screen.  This coincided with an update and has been a problem since I synced the watch to my phone.  The full screen works as when you scroll through options and settings the full screen will display temporarily before it starts to "twitch" and only the top third displays again (as seen in photos).

I have tried soft reboot, hard reboot, restoring to factory default and alas still not functioning correctly.

I have contacted the customer support who were helpful and they had suggested changing the watch face back to the original or a default FitBit watch face and resync to your app (I had been using the snapchat watch face and everything worked well until a forced update was undertaken and since then I have had nothing but trouble).

Please any help would be greatly appreciated.  Unfortunately it is now 1 year and 2 months since the replacement so only just out of warranty.  I have images of the problem but can't seem to upload them here.  I loved my fitbit and just want it back to its functioning self!

I forgot to mention as well - the screen capability seems to be temperature dependent as well.  If I have the watch charging and its room temperature the screen only shows the top 1/3 correctly.  Once it has been on my wrist for a short period of time and "warmed up" the screen was working well.

Flipping through settings the screen would flick between full working correctly to the 1/3 display as pictured below.

Included are links to the photos displaying what I am seeing on the watch face.
