My Ionic screen has gone black. The tracker is still working in every other way. When my alarm goes off, I can still tap the upper right corner of the screen when it does to snooze or the lower right to dismiss, so the screen still works, it's just black.
I tried charging it all day, but nothing happened. I tried restarting it several times, but nothing happened. When I tap the left button, the screen turns on, but it's just a brighter shade of black. Other people with similar issues have gotten their trackers to display the fitbit icon. This hasn't happened for me.
I fear I know what the next step is, but I'm afraid to hard reset it, because the tracker is still collecting and syncing data normally, but if I do reset and the issue persists, I won't be able to reactivate it using the code that normally pops up on the fitbit screen during setup, and I'll be without a tracker.
Before I do try resetting, has anyone else experienced/solved this problem?

The recommended troubleshooting for display not working is restarting the Ionic and since, you've already tried it. I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you.
