Ionic not turning on

I cannot get my ionic to turn on! It is less than one year old. I have tried all of the troubleshooting ideas but to no avail!

A warm welcome to the Community @Foreveramazon65. Thanks for the troubleshooting that you've tried. 

I would like you to confirm that you've restarted your Ionic. Also, you can try plugging it into the charging cable and see if maybe it doesn't have battery, if it doesn't then try charging it.

Hi thank you for your reply. I have done all of that and it still will not
respond. It went off around 10am gmt. And did not come back on no matter
what I have tried.

Today my ionic also went off and will not turn. Tried restarting it and charging it for an hour but nothing seems to work. Please post your outcome if you find a resolution.

Same here! Did the restart thing, charged it and nope, still no image. It vibrates though
