I'm trying to file a claim to have my Ionic replaced after it stopped working after a charge and sync. I need to find the serial number, without the box as I don't have it currently. Is this info on the device itself?? If so where is it?? Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the Community @KharaM. Thanks for the details mentioned.
We're unable to provide you the serial number, it's only on the box. In this case, you may want to contact the retailer and see what options they have for you.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Best AnswerI understand that you cannot provide a serial number. Am I to understand that if you do not have the box....the intelligent designers @ fitbit chose not to put the serial number on the device or in the software?
There is ID# in settings and a S/N that is extremely small under the watch band connection from what I remember from the situation.
Best AnswerThats bad design on the part of Fibit. Will fitbit take any steps to correct this oversight?
