Hello All. 

Just bought the Ionic for Christmas, I have experienced twice in 10 hrs an electric shock on my wrist/hand today. Caught me by surprise and is concerning that there are posts on internet with regards to this. I have contacted support. Any one else experiencing this? Thanks

Support have asked for the product to be sent back to them for a replacement
