I just noticed, most of the time i'm seeing the non-ideal sleep graph instead of the ideal sleep graph. I think much better to have the ideal graph and its details compare to non-ideal graph. Is this a bug of Ionic sleep graph?Ideal Graph
Not Ideal graph

The not ideal graph is show if your Ionic cannot get good info.
Several questions have been asked about this, so please search for exact info.
But some possible reasons:
Watch is to loose around the wrist, sleep period was to short (less then 3 hours) and your body was lying in such a way that the watch could not get the heartrate.
Watch: Ionic
Previous watches:Pebble, Pebble Time, Samsung Gear Fit2

@Norvs if you are viewing sleep through the Fitbit app. The sleep detail page usually have the reason for the old graph.
What needed
3 hour sleep
Consistent heart rate monitoring.

@Norvs still asking if the app knows why the simplified graph.
>3 hours?
Consistent heart rate?
The app will tell you why or tell you that it doesn't know why?

@Rich_Laue thanks for the reply but i'm not getting this notification. Anyways, I will just wait for the next firmware update and hopefully Fitbit can fix the bug.

@Rich_Laue looks like i found the reason for not getting the detailed graph. I tried not to set "Begin sleep now" then let the ionic track my sleep manually. Then i got the detailed graph. I noticed this when i accidentally slept in the afternoon without clicking the Begin Sleep Now. Thanks.

Its better to have a detailed graph instead of the simplified graph. You will be able to check the stages as well.
