Ionic Stopped Recording Sleep

Reset it twice, no change.  Do I have to do a complete factory reset??

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you are currently having with sleep. Thanks for restarting your watch in order to sort this out.

 

Since when are you experiencing this? 

 

Have you tried changing the sleep sensitivity settings? This could help you out to reset this feature. Find instruction on how to do this at the bottom of this article.

 

If that doesn't work; please factory reset your watch.
