I have had my Ionic since Dec. 2017, While on vacation in AZ it quit working and would not take a charge. Came home tried to get it to charge again and worked for about a week but I noticed that the display was getting dim. Very disappointed! $300.00 for a watch that only works for over a year! I had a fitbit previous to this and the band fell off and was no way to repair. I should have learned then that they don't back their products. The new norm in retail?
