Hi @Jmul. Welcome to the Community. Sorry to hear this. I would suggest contacting the vender you purchased the straps from to do a warranty claim. The only issue I've had so far was with an official Fitbit leather strap which I got replaced under warranty with no issues at all.

Yes same here the design is bad lets face it I have had many a watch that last many a year until strap wears out the roll pin method of fixing the band to the watch has been in use for many years with out failure or just a couple of dollars at local jeweller to replace. My Ionic is now on its 3rd the plastic/carbon fibre clip breaks where steel rod and spring attach. The other thing that happens is the silicon rubber swells allowing the clip to come out of strap.  A new strap hear in Australia costs $50 for genuine or $37 with postage for 3rd party one. It is "not fit for purpose". Unfortunately I was on holiday when 1st broke so was unable to get access to my receipt to claim under warranty. Plus I needed to use every day.I found that 2 elastic/rubber bands forming a X over sides of face worked well (leave old strap attached the bands will help keep it in place) until a new one arrived in post. Most Shops that sell Fitbit fail to sell new straps so had to resort to 3rd party by mail.

Where you join 2 halves together clip sticks up and catches cloths putting strain on the fixing and the push in plug constantly comes out one you have used the watch for a few weeks.

Rating on straps 1/10 not a happy chappy.

I am not happy for a $350 watch.

I've had the exact same problem with the ionic the housing for the strap is very badly designed I tried a 3rd party strap and the same thing has happened a 2nd time. Don't think I'll be buying another fitbit.

Yes, I did send them lots of pictures close up and they did send me a free
replacement I seem to remember I had to validate the pictures. I have a
thin boney wrist so angle of strap from watch is closer to 90 degrees
straining the clip in point. A 3rd party one was even weeker and I got
that replaced as well. The curremt fitbit one the silicon rubber is
starting to open up at the catch, so that is goi g to fail soon. Great
watch let down by strap and case design.
