Ionic Strap Snap

I just bought an Ionic and am having trouble snapping the strap after buckling it. It's very difficult to do and I keep pinching myself trying to get it to snap. Are others having this problem? Does anyone have a solution? Are there straps for the Ionic that don't have the snap on the end of the band? Thanks, Chris

hey @SunsetRunner.. I really did not like the strap it came with. aside from the buckling issue it was so thick and plastic. I would highly recommend getting a new band. You can buy them on amazon, best buy or through fitbit. It is a huge difference. Lots of folks like the activity bands, I got the leather band- it is gorgeous.
