Ionic Sync Problems

Having all kinds of Ionic sync issues with cell phones and Windows 10 computers - no problems with the old Surge - ready to return!

I was able to get it to sync after trying several devices but only
with my wife's phone. However, I am extremely disappointed as
yesterday I noticed it quit working completely and felt quite warm. I
tried charging it but it would only warm up again with no display at
all. I would like to go on record that it was the 6th of October that
it quit working and would like to return it for a full refund. I am on
vacation and was hoping to use it to record my mileage on my runs but
have nothing at all this week. Very disappointed as I have also
enjoyed the Fitbit community and challenges but have already lost 4
days the last few weeks due to sync issues and now have no way of
tracking mileage and time this week.
