Ionic Touch Screen and Vibrate Not Working

Both touch screen and vibrate has stopped working.  I have done the following troubleshooting:

  • Restarted watch - did not fix
  • Factory reset including force firmware update - did not fix

Watch notifies me that a "Calibration" is required.... however I can not select start from the menu since touch is not working.

Is the watch toast or are there other troubleshooting I can try? Watch is 3 months old.
