Ionic Touch Screen stops working after swim.

Took ionic for a swim and the touch screen stop working after that. It was only a short 20mins lap swim. Did several reset but did not work. May I know where can I have my issues resolved, I am from Singapore and bought this Ionic in Jan this year. Thank you.

I assume by now the screen has dried off, and the screen has been cleaned with some isopropyl alcohol.

I think I would http://contact.fitbit.com 

I'm not sure if a factory reset would help.
