Looked at my ionic to see if it needed charging and it said 71%. Left it on and had a shower and now the screen is blank. Tried charging and pressing buttons, removing link to phone and nothing is working. Any help appriciated. It is under 2 months old.

Iconic dead, received last Thursday, used for Thursday afternoon, until this morning.  Started my morning walk, about 100 yards in to the walk, I attempted to look at it, no display, pushed buttons no display.  iPhone app can't find the Iconic.

Anyone else seeing anything similar.  I'm tied up for the next several days, and won't really have time to contact support by phone.

My search didn’t show any.  Not quite dead, still trying to check pulse.

Mine didn't quite match the others, mine was on and working and just died.  Others were saying they couldn't turn it on.

I have already restarted my tracker, when I charge the tracker, I always charge it to 100%.

So far my tracker is working, with a few issues, but those are probably due to the latest firmware update.  Minor, but annoying one, the split time for my walk always goes back to .5 miles, and I have to change it every morning before I launch the walk.  Other than that, it hasn't locked up again.

Seconds after posting the diamond dot picture came on, then the time and stop watch worked. The fitbit pay function seemed to call ok although i dont use it. The screen swipe didnt work and then it all shut off again.

Probably going back aftet Christmas

Try restarting it several times and se if that fixes it. Otherwise, yes, you had better return it.

Restart your tracker

Ionic takes forever to charge to leave it for about 10ish minutes and see how that works?

My Ionic had medium battery when I went to bed last night. It synced at 21:40 hr. However, it was off when I woke up this morning. It still shows a green light at the back, which has a small red light. It is not syncing or switching on. I have had it for less than two weeks. It worked very well during the period until this morning. I need your help.

I managed to restart it by pressing the left and lower right buttons at the same time for a few seconds, and it worked. I learnt this after viewing a video on the same on the net. I am very pleased now. It was very annoying since the Ionic is very new, less than two weeks.

Try it out, it works.

Word of advice. Return it. The problem will keep happening over and over. Their are much better products out there. I learned this the hard way. Lol

Did you check to see if the light diode on the back was still functioning? The reason I ask is my Ionic did the same as yours and I thought it lost its charge while I was running. However the pulse reader diode  (whatever its called) was still working which told me it still had its charge. After reading a number of posts I did a restart and it came back. I have now set the screen to only come up on a manual push of the left button. I don't have faith this will keep it working, as there seems to be a large number of posts here complaining that the Ionic screens are dying. I have yet to see any official recognition of the problem!
