Hi, my Ionic will not show any update past v. 22.33.1.30

How do I get it to update so I can download apps etc.?

I also would love to know that, my Fitbit Ionic changed the PIN Code WITHOUT any input from me at any given time (and nobody else lives with me, it just did it after I added a new VISA to the Wallet, and suddenly my PIN wasn't accepted anymore), so I had to Hard Reset it and after 10+ tried I finally got it setup again, only to see that I cannot install apps or clocks BECAUSE the store complains about the Ionic being outdated BUT I tried both per PC and my S9+ to update it, but the update banned doesn't show up AT ALL and neither can I force it with the help section on the Windows 10 app, it just says my Ionic is already on the newest version which I know 100% is bull**ahem**, because I have the same version as @CCoady has, but the latest version is 70.4.17. Fitbit, honestly, you seriously let people be able to download and install firmware updates on their own, because this is ridiculous.
