Screen stuck on Fitbit logo all day

The screen is on and stuck on the logo. It’s been like that all night. It turns off for a second and goes right back to the logo or it just stays on the logo.  I’ve done the 3 button reset several times.  I can’t go through settings bc I can’t get past the logo.  Help!  Yes it’s charged.  I’ve tried connecting to Bluetooth also. Still no change.

correction: I’ve tried to connect to Bluetooth and it says it can’t find the fit bit.  So it won’t even connect.

I’ve had two Ionic watches with this same defect.  After your warranty is up all they offer is a 25% discount.  Insane that a $300 watch can’t last over one year.
