Ionic VERY slow to sync

Hello

My Ionic will sync, sometimes.  If I try a manual sync, it takes forever.  I just get the "looking" message.

I can have it set to all day sync, and that has not solved the issue.

I know it is connected, as I am getting all of my messages on my Ionic without issue.

I just have extreme difficulty getting it to sync my steps, activity and sleep, etc

Does this issue occur when using wifi for internet or mobile internet? or both? 

Feel free restarting the internet router if not already done, & optionally the phone.

I had to remove both my charge 2, and my ionic, and then add the Ionic back in to my fitbit app.

After this was completed the sync is now seemless.

I too are having the same problem with my ionic. After you removed and added your ionic again, did you lose all your data?
