Ionic WiFi and Syncing issues since 1/4-19

My Moto Z2 Force 8.0 and Android LG Tablet 5.0 were both synced to my Ionic FitBit.  As of 1/4/19 both stopped Syncing.  Was there an update that stopped my devices from working?  Can I go back to before that date?  I know the Moto and Fitbit had issues in the past - but it didn't really affect me until now.  I uninstalled the Fitbit App on MotoZ2.  Trying to get the LG Tablet to work alone.  Still not WiFi - but is in the Bluetooth devices list.   This is annoying

Hello @RaineP, welcome to the community.

As for the latest Android app update some users have reported problems.

I find I need to clear the Fitbit data before I can get the tracker to sync.

 

As for wifi you need the tracker plugged in and charging before wifi will be turned on.

It is also good to have the ionic charging while setting up.

 

When you say no wifi what do you mean? Does the ionic not see the wifi your trying to setup?
