I have had this for a year now and have had SO many problems! I am beyond done.
When I finally got my Ionic working again, after it decided to just quit, it won't sync with my Samsung Edge 7. I have uninstalled software, unpaired, repaired, reinstalled software, restarted, shut down, blah, blah, blah....everything I am supposed to do. It won't sync. My reports are all basically blank because its not syncing.
My husband's Christmas present to me has not been worth the $300. What can I do to fix this?

@mrsalex9 It sounds like you have tried a lot of different things to try to get your Ionic working.
If you have not tried rebooting your Ionic, it would be worth trying that. You can do that by holding the left and bottom right buttons in until you see the Fitbit emblem appear, once it's booted back up again try resyncing.
If that does not help, then I would recommend contacting Customer Support who will be able to assist you further to get up and running again.

@mrsalex9 have you tried clearing the Fitbit's app cache? This has been found to hello many Android users.
It might be easier to clear all cache.
As for impairing through the phones Bluetooth this is a good idea, but repairing through the Bluetooth screen should be impossible for the user. If this is what was done, you will have to unpair before the app will sync.
