Ionic not Syncing

I just bought a brand New Ionic. I completed the setup and connected it the first tim but I have had issues with syncing and kept looking for the watch from the App. I had to remove the watch and try to setup again. Here I encountered the issue where the app cannot connect to the tracker. Bluetooth + WiFi is on. Bluetooth is showing connected to the watch.

@Aldawona Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with your Ionic not syncing or setting up. Thanks for removing the watch and trying to set it up again in order to sort this out.

 

In this case, I'd recommend trying all of these set up troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out. This should certainly help you out with this.
