I know I’m probably in the minority here, but I would really be pleased if Fitbit would update their app so you can have an Ionic and charge 3 or other smart watches on the same account. Had I known this I would have most certainly NOT have bought the charge 3 and just kept my charge 2 because I swap back and forth with trackers every single day. I just assumed the same could have been done with the charge 3 and Ionic. How wrong my assumption was when I went to set up my charge 3. I am EXTREMELY disappointing and dissatisfied with this. Fitbit, is there any hope of this being possible or am I up a crick without a paddle? I’ll say this, if Fitbit doesn’t make this happen they have just lost a customer. Up until now I have been a loyal Fitbit-er for years and planned to be in the future. If this doesn’t get resolved I will be looking at other companies. I mean how hard can it be to update the app to allow this? What’s your answer Fitbit?? Why wouldn’t you want to make your loyal customers happy?

You're definitely not in the minority! If you can find the right older version of the app (do some poking around in the forums or on the web), some of them will let you have both on there. I've done it myself and there don't *seem* to be any compatibility issues, but I think that's what Fitbit is concerned about. I hope there are enough of us who are pushing them that they will just make them all compatible eventually.
