Hi,
I am having issues synching my Ionic with my Honor View 10.
Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Was fine until the new firmware uodate.
I usually need to delete then re-add to get it to work.
Is this a problem being worked on please?

The honor 10 doesn't appear on the list of compatible devices at fitbit com / devices
This could be the reason why, as it might or might not work properly with non compatible devices.

In that list there are only older phones, and very few, if you change with some smartphone of 2017/8 how can you do?

This is exactly the problem I am having same phone, worked absolutely perfectly until I updated to V2.1.
Now it will not connect at all. It is not acceptable that fitbit expect their users to only use a small number of obsolete old fashioned phones, this is the real world, not the world according to fitbit.
I am curious if gavinbrad found a fix. Please don't respond with the phone isn't on the list of compatibles, if it worked perfectly before what have fitbit done to now make it incompatible?
