Hi is anyone here know if the issue about syncing the fitbit Ionic and Huawei P30 gor fix.!? I fix it for a while with an app call sync fix for fitbit but is not accurate any more and since I update my Ionic the time wo t sync anymore it won't even change after I check it I wouldn't see the watch till 20 min and the time is the same as before.!? What's going on is like all the fitbit situation is getting worse.!?

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. We're not aware of syncing issues with Huawei P30. I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting. Could you let me know if you started having issues after you updated your Android OS?

Hey Silvia how are you.?? This is getting out of hand it was a nightmare to get it connected with the notifications eventually is working on and off but my main issue now is the watch dies on of swell im trying to contact fitibit but im going nowhere sure no one answer the phone calls, cant chat to anyone to ask for help and the worse is my warranty expires in 2 days i need to figure out how i contact them again because i didn't expend 189.00 dollars for a watch that only last not even a year this is ridiculous, if you dont mind helping me about contact any one to ask for advise please that be great, thank you in advance. !!
