I have loved my Ionic; charged it every morning, taken very good care of it. 10 months after purchasing, it started losing time. I contacted Fitbit Support and for 3 weeks followed their instructions to: reset, sync, replace software, reselect time zone, restart, etc; all more than once. Support was very responsive until I finally had enough. After a month of following Supports directions, I was still losing 3 - 4 hours a day and the watch was basically useless. I told Support I was finished attempting to "fix" the watch and to send me a replacement. That was 3 weeks ago, I haven't heard from Fitbit. Anyone know how to get them to respond?
