No Notification of Incoming Call yet sync is fine

Ok I posted yesterday that the Ionic works fine with the ZTE N818S phone
Well that was until today when it failed to notify me of 2 incoming calls
Now I have seen post of problems happening after updating to the new software ?
The Ionic is no good if it won't notify me of calls 
I made sure what apps on my phone can send notifications so it should be working
I want it to let me know of incoming calls that was one of the reason to get it
So I know when calls come in since I'm hearing impaired

Hold the single power button on the left side and make sure notifications are turned on

Have you checked the Fitbit app permissions?

I usually disable then re-enable notifications on the Fitbit app. This forced the phone to ask the user to enable the required permissions.
