I have been having trouble with my Ionic for several weeks now. I am fed up with it. The back button keeps activating without any press of button.  I contacted support and it is out of warranty now. The best offer is 25% off a new tracker.  This Fitbit lasted the longest.  I bought it in Feb 12, 2019. Pretty good penny for a device to last just over a year.  

Like I said I'm fed up and  jumping off this activity tracker ship onto Gar min Venu.

Good luck with your Garmin. I had problems with it. No tracker is perfect
