Having read through a number of posts here, there seems to be a consistent issue with the last update Fitbit did, it has severely affected the battery life of the ionic. The response I get from them is the battery is only supposed to last 24 hours, they seem to ignore the fact up until the most recent update, most everyone was getting anywhere from 3-5 days out of the battery life and now, I’m lucky if mine lasts 24hrs. Fitbit just doesn’t care.
Well, I will never recommend them again and am looking for a new brand if anyone has recommendations.

Are there any alarms set on your Ionic? Notifications? Is it on All Day Sync or Always Connected? All those will drain the battery on the Ionic.

I haven’t changed anything on my Fitbit, this issue started with the most recent update. I don’t have alarms, don’t use the gps - they’ve done something to the software and since then 👎🏻.

There is no satisfactory resolution for me except a full refund to the person who bought it for me. I’ll gladly give it back to you if you refund the money. BUT, and here’s the kicker, it’s more than 12 months old (13months) and your companies opinion is tough luck.
