Ionic battery draining

This weekend my third Fitbit ionic is not working properly.

The first fit bit was broken because he always counted my heart rate four times. The result was that the fitbit had a very high heart rate and a lot of steps.
-I got a replacement-

The second fit bit restarted continuously
-I got another replacement-

This weekend I had to recharge my fitbit twice. Once in the morning (around 8 a.m.), battery was empty and evening (around 7 p.m.). battery was at 4% This morning the battery was back at 16%. Charged to 100% two hours ago, it is now at 80% again.

Normally the Ionic lasts for 4 - 5 days without charging. There have been no updates and no other apps installed on the Ionic. I take it of when im going in the shower, etc.

It is very frustrating that another one is broken. I am very careful with it, explicitly after the first replacement so i doesnot quite understand how that is possible.

Someone a solution for the third problem? Battery drain?

thanks

PS: already did a reset(back to factory settings), delete the fitbit app, connection is again. but isnt working
