Hi all,
I've seen similar posts to the same problem I'm experiencing with the battery.
It happened suddenly and now since then it will not hold charge for no more than a few hours.
I have done what the team suggested with changing settings, charging fully on low power and syncing but has made no difference and the battery depletes so quick!
Does the battery need replacing or can this not be fixed?

@shelleybanks09 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
I appreciate the details mentioned and the research done. It's not possible to replace the Ionic's battery, however, our team will explore your options and inform you of them. I've opened the case that you already had with them and someone will reply to you as soon as possible. Keep in mind that due to recent events affecting our operations, we may take a bit longer to get back to you.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
