I did a reset on my ionic.. now it gives me a red x and says info wasn't cleared or sync..and it wont charge at all..can someone help me

Since your Ionic is showing this message on the screen, please try the following troubleshooting:
- Remove it from Bluetooth
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections
- Update the Fitbit app
- Set it up as a new device
