Ionic battery last only 2-3 hours

For the last week I can only get 2-3 hours out of my ionic I tried restarting it I was going to look for updates but I can’t even open the app and connect my ionic.App keeps locking up

@Crealws6 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

 

It's pretty weird that your Ionic's battery is only lasting 3 hours. In this case, I've created a case on your behalf and our team will continue assisting you. 

 

Regarding your Fitbit app that keeps locking up, please try make sure you have the latest app version. Could you let me know if you're using Android, iOS or Windows app?
