Ionic battery life while tracking exercise

Hi
I ran Virtual NYC marathon on Sat with Ionic. But after 4 hours it died.

I did everything Fitbit told me to do, turn off all notification, etc.

I must say if you run more than 4 hours, Ionic is not for you.

 Or
I would like to know if you have Ionic and it's battery last more than 7 hours, what/how did you do? Any tips are welcome.

BTW, my old Surge worked more than 7 hours.

Thank you,

It has never been resolved.
All You guys did was send me the links suggesting to try this and that. But
the issue remains the same.

I would like you to replace my ionic with a new one to see if it works.

I’m so frustrated with your support teams who do not understand how/why
your customers use Fitbit.
