Charged my Ionic yesterday only to awake to find it nearly flat ...Trying to recharge but nothing ..Has any one else encountered this problem....I should add that a few weeks ago it would not charge at all so I left it plugged in for a few days and it worked (EDIT) Just tried a factory reset ...now my Ionic is a brick will not restart says 0% battery when I know it had 15% battery

Hi @Sirinsomniac, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.

same happened to me...
Had it plugged in for 3 days.. called Fitbit, I was still under warranty so they just sent me a new one... Went to go charge the new one, and magically the old one was on, and half charged (as it was on the charger for 6 days at this point)
So. Now I have two.
Just waiting for this one to die now.

Mine is doing the same thing. Heart rate lights are unresponsive. Won’t turn on and just says 0% battery. It’s been charging for over 24 hours. Died yesterday with over 30% battery life. Right after new update.

Charging for hours did not work so I placed my watch in the sun and allowed to warm up for an hour. Then restarted by holding left & bottom right buttons. Screen came back but charge was only 1%, so immediately put on the charger and now it’s fine. Cold temps with low charge freeze up the battery so try this trick. Cheers
