Hi Ricardo ,I have the same problem, the battery went to zero, I can’t restart at all, I cleaned terminals, I left charging, I tried restarting but since it’s out of battery it didn’t work, this watch was replaced last year in warranty, and now there’s a problem again, which do ????Renato

Welcome aboard @RenatoV.
Thanks for the details that were shared on your post and for trying the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post. To move on, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Ionic are still flashing? Or does your device vibrate when you put it to charge?
I'll be waiting for your reply.

I am currently experiencing the same issue. I hadn’t charged my Fitbit for a while as I wasn’t wearing it. Now after having it charged overnight, the watch is still unresponsive. It is less than a year old, is there any fix for this?

I have the same issue and have tried all the recommended options to try and fix.
I have ordered and received a new charger, just to rule this out.
I cannot find the solution to bazza0205, where you were able to help him.
please post, I seee others are having the same issue.
I have read the posting about how to charge the battery, used different outlets, cleaned and cleaned the terminals…
I hooked the new charger up tonight and no luck.
I really miss my Ionic as I am disabled and use it to see my activity. I also do not sleep well , only 2 hrs a night most nights. I use the data to show my doctor. The last time it synced was May 28th and it shows 25% battery but I think that is wrong.
