I have gone through the forum but nothing is exactly a fit to my issue. I have tried troubleshooting on my own by cleaning the charging connectors, restarting the ionic, making sure it’s not the Ian port on my computer however nothing is working. I can charge my ionic and it will get to 100% however when I take it off the charger it immediately looses battery and it is at 0%. It also is doing a weird adding of steps walked while it charges even though it is not being worn. Yesterday while charging it said I was at 19,000 steps yet I have not been able to wear the ionic for almost two weeks because it will it hold a charge.

It's pretty weird that your Ionic isn't holding its charge and it's showing steps when you're not wearing it. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team, they will continue assisting you and providing you with options.

@swelch799 please, check other posts in this forum. Then, you will see that this kind of problem has been very common among different users. In short, our ionic is dying and Fitbit is doing nothing to effectively help us.
