Ionic battery not taking charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Each time I connect the charging cable the Fitbit logo appears and even after an hour of charging the battery % remains unchanged and the watch needs to be switched off & then restarted otherwise it won’t display any functions such as click, bpm, steps, etc. It also won’t then sync and it’s difficult to reconnect Bluetooth.
Battery now at 60% and will soon die completely. Any clues as to what the fix is for this? Thanks

Hi @Irishgripper, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. It seems that the battery of your Ionic isn't taking charge even though its connected, this could be related to the power source. That said, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

I'll be here if further assistance is needed.
