Hi all
I've been using Iconic for the last few months with no issues but recently I notice the battery depleting very quickly. I do get it in in On mode while running ( is this a no no) and while I begin with a fully charged battery after 2 hours in On mode it's down to 30% battery when I finish.
Thank you
Carol

A warm welcome to the Community @Carol4. Thank you for the details that you've mentioned. Since, you're using the always on mode for Ionic while you're running and I'm guessing you're using GPS too,the battery's usage will be a bit more than when you're just wearing it.
However, you mentioned that you've been using it for the last few months and you didn't have this issue. I would like you to restart your watch and then charge it but try changing USB ports.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Thank you so much for getting in touch. Thank you for tips. I tried both.I had 50% battery before I went for an hour run this evening and battery died after 45 minutes - this does not seem right to me as i am unable to rely on my fitbit.
Any help appreciated. Carol
