Ionic died yesterday…battery losing charge much quicker than usual and has stopped tracking steps and heart rate.  Just over 2 years old.

@Mcspuds Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the battery, steps and heart rate tracking issues that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced.

I would like to know if your Ionic vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Ionic for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life, tracks your steps and heart rate properly.

Regarding the battery draining issue, please follow the tips included in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit device.

Hope this helps.
