Ionic won’t charge or reboot

My ionic is displaying 0% and won’t charge. 
I have tried the three button reboot which doesn’t work either. 
It’s about a year old and replace my other ionic that died. 
What do I do now?

@Griffo69 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging and reboot issues that your Ionic has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Ionic for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
