Notifications keeps turning off on my Fitbit Ionic

I keep having to reload fitbit app daily as my notifications keeps turning itself off.

I have done all the checks and it still keeps turning off
I have the latest fitbit app and my phone is running the most up to date
software.
Today Tuesday 1st June 2021 I have had to force a stop and turn my
Bluetooth off 5 times which is rather crap.
I wish I had bought a cheap smart watch off ebay and not pay £150 for a
ionic
Not very impressed with fitbit and would not recommend your company or
product at the present time.
