My watch appears to have completely stopped working. Last synced 12 hours ago. No flashing heart rate monitors. I've held 3 buttons down and fitbit logo does not appear. I have put the watch on charge and still no life. Please help. Thanks.

Hi @Heals4, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen and charging issues that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it fixed before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your Ionic vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Ionic for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
