My ionic went to black screen also when at over 70 % last week. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps o. The forum and under troubleshooting il ng but no response. I cannot afford a new PK ne but really miss wearing my ionic. It seems like so many others are having the same issue. Dont know how it will get fixed when it wont respond to anything.
