Hi,
I have had the Ionic just under a Year.
This morning it was on 0%, I connected it to charge and checked a few hours later.
The device was very warm to touch but is unresponsive, there is nothing.
I have done all the reset stuff, held buttons for longer than normal.
Nothing Nada.
What now?
In a few Days I will be reaxhing the One Year.
I purchased it at Curry's on 29/11/19

Mine collapsed too.. get on to support asap.. I replaced mine for the sense and it collapsed after 4 weeks.. I got mine to recharge by warming the watch 1st then plugging into charger. One turned on it only had half the normal features, so I tried resetting.. now its frozen stating reset unsuccessful.. support can't help me until I get a 2nd phone with a 2nd app as I removed the Iconic to put the new sense on.. all fun and games.. pretty disappointing considering the price..
