Ionic bricked after update

Charged yesterday morning, worked for two hours and became completely unresponsive.  Watch is 18 months old, of course no warranty, but the obligatory 25% discount to invest in the company again.  I see a tremendous amount of Fitbit bricking online but no satisfactory response from the company.  Too bad was a nice product during its short life.

Welcome to the Community @Gamie. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience.

It is particularly difficult when the device is no longer covered by the warranty, but even tough Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding the quality of Fitbit devices.

Let me know how it goes.
